A warm welcome to PATH Yorkshire!
For 40 years, we have inspired and empowered Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic communities, Migrant groups, and Job Seekers through projects and programmes to develop their skills and enhance their chances in life and work.
PATH Yorkshire promotes inclusion and community cohesion, addresses the under-representation and disadvantages in the labour market, and collaboratively work with employers from all sectors to improve their workforce diversity.
About Us
PATH Yorkshire was established as a Positive Action Training organisation in August 1985 to address the under-representation of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities in Yorkshire through education, training, and employment opportunities.
Our projects and programmes are centred on the individual person’s support need to gain sustainable employment.
For 40 years, we have collaborated with employers in the public, private, and voluntary sectors to address the under-representation of ethnic minority groups in their workforce, through the development of paid work placements.

Our Mission
To enhance the life chances of socio-economically disadvantaged people by developing their potential through quality training, education, career opportunities and support into sustainable employment.
