Our Charitable Objective:

To provide learning, training, and employment pathways for diverse communities and individuals facing disadvantages, or where their socio-economic status may hinder learning, skills development, and access to employment opportunities. 

Our Organisation Structure: 

PATH Yorkshire is a registered charity, is governed by a Board of Trustees. A Senior Management Team, led by the Chief Executive (CEO) is part of the strategic committee and have an overall responsibility for PATH Yorkshire programmes, projects, campaigns and initiatives, and day-to-day operations. Project/Programme Teams comprise of qualified and specialist Project Workers, Tutors, Employer Partnerships, Outreach, Support and Administrators. We also maintain a pool of Session Workers and Freelance Professional Service Associates with diverse skills set, sector specialism, and quality assurers.
