PATH Yorkshire supports people from all backgrounds to overcome barriers, build confidence, and move into training, education, work or start your small business.

About Us

PATH Yorkshire was established as a Positive Action Training organisation in August 1985 to address the under-representation of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities in Yorkshire through education, training, and employment opportunities.

Through the years, we expanded our services to support diverse communities move into employment, education, or training. 

Our projects and programmes are centred on the individual person’s support need to gain sustainable employment.

For 40 years, we have collaborated with employers in the public, private, and voluntary sectors to address the under-representation of ethnic minority groups in their workforce, through the development of paid work placements.

Our PATH Yorkshire teams comprise of full-time and part-time staff, Tutors, sessional workers, volunteers, EDI Specialist Associates, and the Management Team.
