Objectives
Collaborated with employers and businesses across Yorkshire to support unemployed young people, ages 18-24 in gaining work experience with mentoring for up to 6 months. Giving young people the opportunity for work experience, skills training, mentoring by a work supervisor, and ongoing support by PATH Employment Team.
Target
100 participants in work placements for up to 6 months.
Achievements
102 participants in meaningful work placements, 39% of them gained permanent employment contract after their work placement.
