We’ve been working for over 35 years supporting black, Asian and minority ethnic people, migrants, refugees and individuals from other disadvantaged backgrounds to enter and progress in the workplace.

PATH Yorkshire is a registered charity established in 1985 in Leeds. For the past 36 years we have worked with black, Asian and minority ethnic individuals to enable them to enter and progress in training, learning and employment. Specifically, we have:
- Developed a range of graduate traineeships which have enabled talented graduates to access managerial positions
- Supported employers to develop inclusive recruitment and selection practices
- Enabled hundreds of individuals to access meaningful employment in the private, public and third sectors through our PATH traineeships
- Campaigned and lobbied locally, regionally and nationally, opening the doors to opportunities for training, employment and learning
Having led the growth and development of PATH for the past six years, our current CEO is moving on to pastures new and we’re looking for someone who can guide us through a changing landscape, reconnecting us with our original aims, principles and values whilst responding creatively to new needs.
We’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who’s interested in a role where they can make a real difference to the life chances of the people we work with. The successful candidate may have a background in charities, employment, business development, or (and) training but we’re open to excellent candidates from any relevant professional background.
