We are seeking for 2 EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT COACHES to join our busy and dynamic Employment and Skills team, based in Leeds.
Purpose of the Role
The Employment Support Coach will caseload individuals with diverse needs to find and maintain employment. The role involves assessing their needs, identifying their skills, developing individual support plans, providing practical assistance in job search, applications and interview preparations.
The Employment Support Coach will organise and facilitate workshops and career/ opportunities talks by employers and recruiting businesses.
The Employment Support Coach will coach groups and individuals to address their barriers to employment, build self-confidence, and resilience at work.

We are seeking for 5 ESOL/ENGLISH TUTORS to join our busy and dynamic learning team, based in Leeds. Tutors will teach one of more of the following short courses:
- ESOL for Job Seeking
- ESOL for Job Application
- ESOL at Work
- ESOL for Social Conversation
- English for Working in Retail
- English for Working in Hospitality
- Business English
- Sector-specific English
Courses will be delivered in-person at PATH Yorkshire, 29 Harrogate Road, Chapel Allerton, Leeds LS7 3PD.
Classes will be Monday – Friday.
Morning sessions will be 10-12:30. Afternoon sessions will be 12:30 – 3 pm.
Curriculum and learning resources are available for ESOL courses.
English short courses will require curriculum and learning resources development.
Learners for ESOL/English at PATH Yorkshire are ages 19 years and above.

Opportunity – ESOL Conversation Tutors needed!
Our charity is providing free English (ESOL) classes to migrants, refugees and asylum seekers in community venues across Leeds.
We are now accepting volunteers to teach English for life in Leeds/UK.
Classes are for 2 hours each session within a friendly learning setting.
No formal teaching qualifications required. No previous work experience required. Only your commitment to help other people.
Teaching materials, training and support will be provided.
Volunteers will:
- Gain work experience and support in teaching people in the community across Leeds.
- Plan, prepare and teach English/ESOL to help people improve their speaking, reading and writing skills
- Develop your organisational and communication skills
- Organise and facilitate activities and trips to enhance people’s classroom learning.
- Improve your CV and future job/career options.
