Objectives
To provide information, advice, and support on HMRC online services to minority communities, migrant groups, and disadvantaged individuals. We run scheduled HMRC workshops open to public through in-person sessions and webinars.

Achievements
HMRC workshops and webinars provided invaluable assistance to our learners, helping them resolve their tax problems efficiently. We facilitated their understanding and usage of the HMRC online tax portal and app, empowering them to manage their tax affairs independently and confidently. This initiative has not only solved immediate tax issues but also enhanced long-term financial literacy and self-reliance among the participants. For our pilot year delivery in 2024, we supported 63 participants. Our participants numbers have been increased for 2025.
