What We Do

We focus on inclusion and opportunity. We deliver high-impact employment support, skills training, digital for work programmes, and English for life and work in the UK.

We are celebrating our four decades of progress, still strongly committed to building a more inclusive future through empowerment, education, and meaningful partnerships.

We provided English/ESOL classes with a focus on work related language, helping refugees and migrants integrate into the workforce with confidence.

Regular schedule of Employability Workshops: CV writing, Job Applications and Interview Practice. Our new workshops focus on sector-specific job opportunities and ways to improve the chances in gaining employment.

Our Digital Skills Training include: Programming, Excel Beginners and Intermediate, Microsoft Office 365, Generative AI, Cyber Security, Mobile Phone Apps, Website Development.

We provide Youth (16+) Leadership, Youth Forum, and Group Trips to support young people’s transition into adult life, help build confidence, connect with others, and take an active role in their local community.

We are running a series of workshops about the HMRC (His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs) Services.

We partnered with local employers and councils to deliver traineeships that offered structured work experience, training, and mentoring. Many participants have moved into long-term careers, particularly in underrepresented sectors.
