A pilot project for highly skilled Hong Kong BNO, commissioned by The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA). To deliver a flexible and Level 3 equivalent Leadership and Management course with practical Employability coaching – to support participants to move into highly skilled work in West Yorkshire.
Target
24 participants completing the course.
Achievements
24 participants enrolled and completed the course/programme, with 18 participants moving into employment within 6 months of their completion.
