What is the Human Library?

The Human Library is a place where people are books on loan to readers for a chat about their area of expertise. It’s a chance to talk to real people who have been in a similar situation to yourself. Maybe you’re curious about how volunteering could help you reach your career aims. Maybe you’d love to know how someone got into working at the NHS. Maybe you want to know the route from Assistant to CEO from someone who has been there, done that.

When is the Human Library?

Join our Human Library event at Park Plaza Hotel Boar Lane, Leeds, LS1 5NS on Thursday 8 February from 4-6pm. The session is a drop-in. The venue is very close to the train station and Leeds Trinity.

How do you get involved?

Just show up to the event on the day between 4-6pm! If you would like more information, contact Jessica Thompson on 0113 262 4600 (jessica.thompson@pathyorkshire.co.uk).
