In 2007 I got a lifetime opportunity of joining PATH Yorkshire as a Trainee Community Development Worker. The assistance PATH gave to me during my year of training helped me a great deal in finding a job and I am still working here today. The management team were very supportive and frequent meetings with the Training and Employment Co-ordinator (Colvyn) gave me a lot of support which helped me to enjoy my placement. In turn this contributed a lot to the wellbeing of the organisation I am still attached to today.
I will never forget PATH, it is my wish to see the organisation grow and offer a lot of support to individuals who have the capacity but no opportunity to develop. I conclude by saying I am very grateful for the support I got from this organisation, not only did it give me a fantastic opportunity but it also instilled some principles of life which helped me to mature as a person.
I say to individuals and companies who have a desire to see people’s lives improved, that PATH is an organisation that can give you quality training opportunities in a professional and transparent manner.
